Anthropologie Recurring Customer Newsletter

I launched a recurring newsletter to further inspire customers and drive sales. I partnered with our teams instructional designer to execute these each month referencing cross functional teams like our creative styling team and various buying teams. Together we executed this newsletter with shoppable links, purpose driven product recommendations and language to drive sales.

This newsletter had a 100% conversion rate in converting customers to our perks program and 80% of customers that interacted with and shopped the email converted to a sale.

The first example is formatted as an email scroll for visual understanding; the remaining examples are collaged for concise practical viewing.
